Merrimbula
Well guys not a very interesting blog this week, back in NSW, which is good, glad to get Sydney news etc.Arrived in Merrimbula on Monday at a very nice caravan parks, more like a wildlife sanctuary, kangaroos, lizards, ducks, magpies, bell birds, etc etc.    The park also has a lovely indoor heated pool and spa,  but unfortunately by the time i decided to enjoy it, they had over chlorinated it, so there goes my swim for the next ten years.   Robin went surfing and then came home to get me to see the whales, 3 adults and 1 baby putting on a show for us, so close to us, it was amazing stayed for about an hours to watch them frolicking around, lucky to see them.    Moved on to Dalmeny on Thursday,  Friday what a great day,  Elly and John and Coco surprised us by coming down for the week,   they only made up there mind on the spur of the moment on Friday,   so great to have family around, missing everyone as we have now been on the road 3 months.   Also  saw dolphins surfing in the waves today,   As i said just having a couple of relaxing weeks before we head home for  Xmas and New Year, looking forward to catching up with everyone.   Bye for  now.  Reiny Robin and Dawson.    Woops forgot to mention next Friday Chris and Graham are coming to join us for a few days,    looking forward to some happy hours there.

Porepunka/Bright to Lakes Entrance

Well to all of you that have missing us we should be back in Springwood around the 8th December, If it wasnt for Christmas and a few other exciting happenings we would still just keep on going, getting into the swing of things now, Robin learning how to relax,   I was just born lazy so need for me to learn how to do nothing and enjoy it.   Enjoyed our stay at Porepunka very much, met a lovely group of poms who invited us to join them at there Melbourne Cup Party, lots of jokes, story telling and laughter to be had, a fantastic day, i believe we may even meet up with them next year at Eucha for Melbourne cup.  On Wednesday we just took off thinking we might free camp or stay at Omeo, but neither appealed so ended up in a nice van park at Lakes Entrance.   On route we went through Mt. Hotham, again absolutely spectacular scenery, there was still some snow drifts around which Robin and Dawson delighted themselves in.   Dawson running around, digging rolling, sniffing and generally being a stupid dog had a thoroughly great time.

On arriving at Lakes Entrance we got lucky and met up with   Bev and Steve whom we had previously camped beside at Shell Harbour in June this year,  a great couple to enjoy happy hour with.   Not much to report about Lakes Entrance it has grown heaps since we were last here 17 years ago, but still a very nice place to holiday at, tomorrow we are off again, dont know where.   Hoping all is well with everyone and we will be catching up with you all shortly.    R & R xoxoxo
